I've purchased many properties over the years and I've found Jessica to be the most honest and professional realtor I've ever worked with. Jessica is dependable and knowledgable. She knows exactly what you are looking for without wasting your time. Unlike some realtors who just want to 'sell'. You couldn't find a better agent. And…..she is a pleasure to work with!! I'll certainly use her for all my future business transactions.

Jessica Empson first impressed me with her presentation she provided to me with the current housing market, where my house fit in, and how she would best present my house to current buyers. Due to a job transfer, I needed to sell my house quickly, and even though it wasn't in perfect condition, she was ready to take it on. Jessica got my house on the market quickly, held an open house that weekend and we had three offers within just a couple weeks. She put in personal time to keep my house in good condition and brought in the buyers who purchased our house. We closed in just over a month. Jessica impressed me with her professionalism, knowledge, and welcoming personality. I highly recommend her for any house hunting/selling needs.

Jessica was amazing from beginning to end on both a home purchase and then selling the home! I would always choose her for real estate transactions in Grand Junction! She was super professional, very intelligent and knowledgeable and a joy to work with.
